lets talk about video editing software.

i think if we are gonna do this with any seriousness, we should all be using the same platform. right now, i've been using Windows Movie Maker because it's free. I don't mind spending a bit of money to get a good package, just not sure which one to get. anyone got any recommendations?

I used Windows Movie Maker too. I also have Pinnacle Studio v12 and v15. They have more features but I still have to learn how to use them.

what's the price on those, dave? *edit* 80 bucks. a bit more than i want to spend, but still not bad. i figure if you can get away for under 100 bucks, then ya be doin alright.

how complex? we need something robust, but not professional level.

I'd suggest we stick with Movie Maker for now as it's Free (we can all get it) and does what we need for now.
